Every year, about 11 million tonnes of plastic waste is dumped into the sea and dispersed. This growing mountain of plastic is a global problem and unless there is cross-border action between countries it is estimated that there will be more plastic than fish in the sea by 2050 – a development that we at Hide-a-lite do not stand behind. We are now taking care of plastic from the sea and turning it into new products. By manufacturing products from recycled material, we are helping to improve the Earth we live on.
