Hide-a-lite on valaistusbrändi, joka kehittää ja valmistaa LED-valaisimia ja tarvikkeita erityisesti pohjoismaiseen makuun ja ympäristöön. Hyödynnämme uusinta teknologiaa, panostamme erityisesti suunnitteluun ja toimivuuteen. Hide-a-lite-brändin omistaa OEM International Ab, ja Suomessa ja Baltian maissa myynnistä ja markkinoinnista vastaa OEM Finland Oy.

Baltian maat ovat tulevaisuuden markkinamme. Viroon kohdistuu suurimmat kasvuodotukset. Haemme nyt henkilöä, joka vastaa yrityksen johdon asettamien strategioiden toteuttamisesta sekä myynti- ja markkinointistrategioiden kehittämisestä niiden mukaisesti. Lisäksi tuleva Area Manager saavuttaa lyhyen ja pitkän aikavälin tavoitteet yhdessä tulevan myyntiorganisaation kanssa. Hoidat tehtävää Turun myyntikonttorilta käsin, mutta jotta voit olla lähellä asiakkaitamme Virossa ja muissa Baltian maissa, sinulla on mahdollisuus matkustaa.

Tehtävän kuvaus

Vastaat Baltian maiden tuloksesta ja raportoit kuukausittain yrityksen johdolle. Luot tarvittavat olosuhteet suunnitellun progressiivisen kasvun toteuttamiseen ja esittelet myyntialueen edistymisen yrityksen johdolle.

  • Myyntiorganisaation rakentaminen
  • Jälleenmyyjäverkoston kehittäminen Baltian maissa
  •  Vahvojen ja pitkäaikaisten asiakassuhteiden kehittäminen ja ylläpitäminen
  • Yrityksemme imagon rakentaminen strategian mukaisesti

Hide-a-lite is a lighting brand that developes and produces LED-luminaires and accessories especially for Nordic mind and environment. Main purpose

Baltic countries are to be our future markets. Estonia is meeting highest growth expectations. We are now looking for a person responsible for delivering the company strategies set by the company management and develop sales and marketing strategies accordingly. Furthermore, achieve financial targets short and long terms together with the future sales organization. You operate the task from sales office in Turku, but to meet and be close to our customers in Estonia, you have ability to travel.

Responsibilities

You are in charge of the performance of the Baltic countries, and you report on a timely manner every month to the company lead. You create the necessary conditions to deliver the progressive growth, which is planned, and you present the district´s progress to the company management.

  • Sales and income responsibilities.
  • Building a sales organization.
  • Build and develop distribution network across Baltic countries.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with key customers.
  • Build company image.

Profile Requirements

  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and work with good autonomy.
  • Fluency in Estonian, English and Finnish is essential.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Result oriented.
  • Ability to travel, mainly to/in Estonia.
