Sensor Casambi
PIR sensor for automatic and energy-efficient lighting control based on presence, absence, and daylight. The sensor integrates seamlessly with the Casambi system and connects wirelessly to the Casambi mesh network, with all programming handled conveniently via the Casambi app. The recessed Casambi PIR sensor is mounted flush in ceiling tiles or plasterboard and comes complete with a Q-box micro for quick and secure 230V connection. With a high-bay lens, the detection range is 6–12 m, and with a low-bay lens 2–6 m. At about 4 metres ceiling height, the sensor detects up to 8 metres in diameter, making it ideal for corridors and passageways. Two included blank covers allow restricted detection—for example, corridors or semicircles. The sensor can control up to 80 mA via DALI broadcast or use the built-in relay for direct control of luminaires or groups without a separate DALI controller. Made from halogen-free plastic. Using sensors for lighting control ensures better management and optimised energy consumption in the installation.
